Hanley Christian Reformed Church

Cadets is a program for boys in 4th through 8th grade and is similar to scouting. Through this program, boys learn what it means to live a Christian life through Bible lessons. Working side by side with each other and their counselors, Cadets acquire life skills and form meaningful relationships.

When and where we meet:

  • Monday nights from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. during the school year
  • In the Cadet Building on the east side of our church

What we do at our meetings:

  • Learn how to apply the teachings of the Bible to our own lives
  • Work on earning merit badges
  • Develop important life skills while working on building projects
  • Play games

 We also:

  • Participate in Cadet Sunday
  • Enjoy outdoor activities including the annual father-son campout, a spring campout, and a few campfires at church

All boys in this age group are welcome regardless of church background. Come check us out!
